# Wrong playback notes

If you playback chords or scales and, for example, a "C" ist not a "C" but a different tone, probably the transposition feature is switched on. To switch it off, navigate to "Musical Preferences" in the sidebar menu.

Set **"Transpose playback"** to **"No transposition".**
